FAQ’s

Do you have parking?

We have parking at the front of our building including a disabled access space reserved for those with a Blue Badge or temporary mobility issues. There are also Electric charge points available for EV cars. Connectors are CCS & CHADEMO. For charges, please visit Pricing and Payment | Osprey Charging Network.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is served throughout the week and included in most room rates.

Are dogs allowed in rooms?

We do not currently have any pet-friendly rooms accept for guide dogs. Please note, that all rooms are on the 1st floor.

Can I book a table for the evening of my stay?

Yes, table bookings are most welcome when staying with us and are recommended for the weekend. Please book a table here

What time is check in/check out

Check-in is from 3pm the day of your stay. Check out is at 10am the morning of your check-out day. You can upgrade for an early check-in by contacting one of the team.

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking direct, we offer free cancellation for refundable rates 24 hours prior to check-in (or up to 3pm the day before). If you cancel after this time, your room is chargeable for the first night’s stay.

KNEBWORTH HOUSE

Knebworth House is famous worldwide for its rock concerts and as the home of Victorian novelist Edward Bulwer Lytton.

Knebworth offers a great day out for all the family. Delightful gardens extend to 28 acres with a Dinosaur trail and maze, walled vegetable garden and herb garden. The historic Deer Park is perfect for picnics, with a huge Adventure Playground featuring zip wire, astro and drop slides, water splash play and bouncy castle. Gift shop and Garden Terrace Tea Room. The House, Gardens and Park are open from 12 March to the end of September at the weekend, and also daily during the school holidays.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere within Knebworth’s golf club’s traditional and contemporary surroundings.

Truly unique and charming, Knebworth Golf Club is renowned for its superb golf facilities. Home to a Willie Park Jnr 18-hole course and extensive practice facilities, off the course the beautiful Lutyens designed Clubhouse provide the perfect location to relax and meet other members.
